The Chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association Michael P. Farris explains the upcoming rehearing that has been granted by the California Court of Appeal. In their previous decision, the court held that homeschooling would be restricted to parents who were state-certified teachers. Farris is also Chancellor of Virginia’s Patrick Henry College.
